PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS MARCH 8, 2011
Chairman David Hardtke posted three notices of tonight’s meeting.
Attending: Chairman David Hardtke, Supervisors Steve Tadsich, Ken Paplham, Clerk Linda Sinkula, Treasurer Pat Wotachek, Constable Dustin Smidle, Zoning Administrator Dustin Smidle. Others present Mark Kanz, Linda Klieman, and Sheriff Matt Joski.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 P.M. in the Town hall.
MINUTES of the Regular Monthly Board Meeting of February 10, 2011 were handed out. Ken Paplham made a motion to accept as stated. Steve Tadsich seconds this motion. Motion carried.
SURVEY MAP: Linda Klieman brought in a survey map for Todd Gruetzmacher for approval. A motion was made by Ken Paplham to re- approve the survey map for Todd Gruetzmacher. Steve Tadisch seconds this motion. Motion carried. This map was approve a few years ago but never registered.
SHERIFF MATT JOSKI: Matt gave the board an update about the new radio’s and pagers the County is looking to update. He explained how this will work with the county and the towns.
NUCLEAR PLANT: Mark Kanz game before the board to give them an update as to what is going on with the Nuclear Plant. They are in outage at the present time. Licenses were renewed for another twenty years this will take them to 2033. They did some grants for different organiztions in the area which included Butterfly for Friends in Green Bay, Farm Market Kitchen in Algoma and Untied Way.
TREASURERS REPORT: Balance as February 28, 2011 of $646,129.74. Board thanks the treasure for this report.
BARTENDER’S LICENSE: A motion was made by Ken Paplham to approve the bartender license for Jamie Lee Zuege. David Hardtke seconds this motion. Motion carried.
ZONING: No report this month.
FEE SCHEDULE: Motion was made by Ken Paplham to update the Building permit fee schedule. Steve Tadisch seconds this motion. Motion carried. Adopted 3-8-2011. Copy will be included with these minutes.
TOWN HALL UPDATE: Talked about updating the townhall. Bathrooms need painting along with new blinds more lightening in bathrooms. Wind breaker for front door. Town Board to get prices for next month.
PAY BILLS: A motion made by Ken Paplham to pay bills. Steve Tadisch seconds this motion. Motion carried.
A motion made by Steve Tadsich at 9:10 P.M. to adjourn. Ken Paplham seconds this motion. Motion carried.
