TOWN OF CARLTON
PROCEEDINGS OF REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS SEPTEMBER 13, 2011
Chairman David Hardtke posted three notices of tonight’s meeting.
Attending: Chairman David Hardtke, Supervisors Steve Tadisch, Ken Paplham, Clerk Linda Sinkula, Treasurer Pat Wotachek, Constable Dustin Smidle, and Zoning Administrator Dustin Smidle. Others Present: Glenn Kunesh, Mark Schultz, Mark Kanz and Mary& Mark Weston.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 P.M. in the Town hall.
MINUTES of the Regular Monthly Board Meeting of August 7, 2011 were handed out. Ken Paplham made a motion to accept as stated. Steve Tadisch seconds this motion. Motion carried.
NUCLEAR PLANT: Mark Kanz reported that the plant will have a Semi Annual Emergency Grated Exercise Drill on October 4th.
ZONING REPORT: Ben Paplham-wood shed, Shady Acres-Animal shed, Matt Wojta-Patio, and Dan Dellman-siding.
TREASURER REPORT: Balance as August 31, 2011 off $449,174.71 Board thanked the Treasurer for this report.
LICENSE: A motion was made by Ken Paplham and seconded by Steve Tadisch to approve the bar license for Mark & Mary Weston for Gib’s on the Lake. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ken Paplham and seconded by Steve Tadisch to approve the Temporary Beer License for Kewaunee Co. Special Olympics and Tisch Mills Fire Department. Motion carried
ROADS: Culvert Pipe on Norman Road is in. Scott’s Construction is doing patching.
PAY BILLS: A motion made by Ken Paplham to pay bills. Steve Tadisch seconds this motion. Motion carried.
A motion made by Steve Tadisch at 8:50 P.M. to adjourn. Ken Paplham seconds this motion. Motion carried.

Chairman David Hardtke posted three notices of tonight’s special meeting.
Attending: Chairman David Hardtke, Supervisors Steve Tadisch and Ken Paplham, Others present. Ed Patek.

Meeting called to order by the Chairman at 8:00 A.M. in the Town Hall.
LICENSE: A motion was made by Ken Paplham and seconded by David Hardtke to approve a Temporary Beer License for Kewaunee FFA Alumni. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Ken Paplham at 8:05 A.M. to adjourn. David Hardtke seconded this motion. Motion carried.
